The Masked Critic's Lair

Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 2

7 magical movies have lead up to this last film & I did not see a single disappointed face at the end.

What can I say, this movie had everything.

· You got to see other the teenage wizard couples.

· You saw characters come out of their shells in a big way

· For every life lost another was saved & a lesson was learned.

· Full of brilliant action scenes that

· All the mysteries are solved, the puzzle pieces all fall into place, and the conspiracies are dis-spelled.(Pun intended).LOL

· Kept me guessing the entire time & you could never be sure who would live through the next scene.

· This movie contains a terrifying showdown that is filled with dramatic and memorable battles between good and evil.

· This film will forever remind the young & the old that there is darkness in all of us, but we can overcome it with the help of our loved ones.

One of the best wrap ups to a film franchise I have ever seen. I feel that although extremely unlikely that this film dominates its novel counter-part unlike any other previous film. The ending will leave you with tears of sadness and joy.

After the pre-screening I asked some people what they thought about the movie.

Matt Griesmyer- “A great movie to behold & I would definitely see it again”

Meghan Mitchell- “My favorite movie out of the whole series”

Melissa Moede- “The perfect send off to an awesome franchise”

Jeff Bell- “That was extremely epic dude”

Kim Blacknall- “That film was simply magic”

To be honest I don’t see how it could have gotten any better but there were a few things I did not like such as the death of certain characters and a couple of the scenes where a bit hard to see but I guess you can blame the bad 3-D for that one.

Anyway

I give this last magical adventure of Harry, Ron, & Hermione a grand total of 9 out of 10.
